General Provisions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-67e269d3\">This return policy is prepared in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law and Distance Contract Regulations (Cabinet Regulation No. 255). It defines the procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal, returning goods, and receiving refunds.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-wd-container wd-dir-col wd-18b5b594\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-align wd-6116b114\">2. Right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-f183fa49\">The consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from receiving the goods, without giving a reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-ea4fbe1a\">If items in one order are delivered separately, the period is counted from the receipt of the last item.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-wd-container wd-dir-col wd-2dd49086\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-align wd-47341788\">3. Procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-1539cddf\">To exercise the right of withdrawal, the withdrawal form must be completed and sent to <strong><a href=\"mailto:support@comics.lv\">support@comics.lv<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-8bf9dc4c\">After receiving the form, the seller confirms its receipt and provides further instructions for returning the goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<a class=\"wp-block-wd-button btn btn-style-default btn-color-black btn-size-default btn-shape-rectangle wd-e1f5a952\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/comics.lv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/comics-lv-atteikuma-veidlapa.pdf\" target=\"_blank\"><span>Download withdrawal form<\/span><\/a>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-wd-container wd-dir-col wd-390a8f47\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-align wd-31bde2a0\">4. Returning the product<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-5bde9d54\">After sending the withdrawal notice, the goods must be returned without undue delay, but no later than within 14 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-c39bf7c6\">\u0412\u043e\u0437\u0432\u0440\u0430\u0449\u0430\u0435\u043c\u044b\u0439 \u0442\u043e\u0432\u0430\u0440 \u0434\u043e\u043b\u0436\u0435\u043d \u0431\u044b\u0442\u044c:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>in full set;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>undamaged;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>without signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect the product;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>preferably in the original packaging with instructions and accessories.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-ee823b7b\">If a gift or bonus was received with the product, it must also be returned.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-wd-container wd-dir-col wd-219919cb\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-align wd-70e063c1\">5. Return shipping costs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-7f3cf039\">If the product is returned due to withdrawal, return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-wd-container wd-dir-col wd-4f5044c2\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-align wd-38742ef9\">6. Damaged, defective or incorrect product<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-0f72f3b8\">If the product is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, the buyer must contact the seller before returning it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-6908f175\">In such cases, the seller coordinates further actions and covers the return costs.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-wd-container wd-dir-col wd-346bbd3a\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-align wd-990651aa\">7. Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-c8c61ee3\">The seller refunds the paid amount to the buyer no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-e812a44c\">The refund may be delayed until the goods are received back or proof of shipment is provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-bcc50499\">If the buyer chose a more expensive delivery method, the difference is not refunded.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-wd-container wd-dir-col wd-c63d9846\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-align wd-a2866227\">8. Cases when the product cannot be returned<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-dd76fee3\">The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases defined by law, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>custom-made goods;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>perishable goods;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>hygiene products after opening;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mixed goods;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u0442\u043e\u0432\u0430\u0440\u044b, \u0432\u043e\u0437\u0432\u0440\u0430\u0442 \u043a\u043e\u0442\u043e\u0440\u044b\u0445 \u043e\u0433\u0440\u0430\u043d\u0438\u0447\u0435\u043d \u0437\u0430\u043a\u043e\u043d\u043e\u043c \u043f\u043e\u0441\u043b\u0435 \u0432\u0441\u043a\u0440\u044b\u0442\u0438\u044f \u0443\u043f\u0430\u043a\u043e\u0432\u043a\u0438;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>other exceptions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-wd-container wd-dir-col wd-969ae58c\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-align wd-8444d86a\">9.
