Product returns and refunds

1. General Provisions

This return policy is prepared in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law and Distance Contract Regulations (Cabinet Regulation No. 255). It defines the procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal, returning goods, and receiving refunds.

2. Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

If items in one order are delivered separately, the period is counted from the receipt of the last item.

3. Procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the withdrawal form must be completed and sent to support@comics.lv.

After receiving the form, the seller confirms its receipt and provides further instructions for returning the goods.

4. Returning the product

After sending the withdrawal notice, the goods must be returned without undue delay, but no later than within 14 days.

Возвращаемый товар должен быть:

  • in full set;
  • undamaged;
  • without signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect the product;
  • preferably in the original packaging with instructions and accessories.

If a gift or bonus was received with the product, it must also be returned.

5. Return shipping costs

If the product is returned due to withdrawal, return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.

6. Damaged, defective or incorrect product

If the product is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, the buyer must contact the seller before returning it.

In such cases, the seller coordinates further actions and covers the return costs.

7. Refunds

The seller refunds the paid amount to the buyer no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice.

The refund may be delayed until the goods are received back or proof of shipment is provided.

If the buyer chose a more expensive delivery method, the difference is not refunded.

8. Cases when the product cannot be returned

The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases defined by law, including:

  • custom-made goods;
  • perishable goods;
  • hygiene products after opening;
  • mixed goods;

  • other exceptions.
